These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website caltriorentix.com and the educational services offered by Caltriorentix S.A. By accessing this site or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description
Caltriorentix S.A. offers education and training services in the area of trading and investing in financial markets. Our services include online courses, educational material, simulation exercises, and access to a learning community. The content is exclusively educational and formative in nature.
3. Educational Nature of the Service
The services of Caltriorentix S.A. are strictly educational in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. The strategies, techniques, and analyses presented in our programs are for educational purposes and should not be interpreted as instructions to perform specific financial operations. Each user is responsible for their own investment decisions.
4. Registration and Access
To access our educational programs, it is necessary to complete the registration process and pay for the selected plan. Platform access is personal and non-transferable. The user commits to providing truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process. Caltriorentix S.A. reserves the right to deny or suspend access in case of non-compliance.
5. Payment Terms
The prices of educational plans are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and include VAT. Payment is made monthly according to the contracted plan. Caltriorentix S.A. reserves the right to modify prices, providing 30 days prior notice. Price changes do not affect current subscriptions during their billing period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer protection regulations in Argentina (Law 24,240 and its amendments), you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 calendar days from the date of contracting the service. Additionally, we offer a 7-day trial period with a full refund. To request a refund, send an email to soporte@caltriorentix.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and educational programs, including texts, graphics, images, videos, educational material, logos, and designs, are the property of Caltriorentix S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine intellectual property laws (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
8. User Obligations
The user commits to: using the service solely for personal learning purposes, not sharing access credentials with third parties, not reproducing or distributing educational material, respecting the rules of coexistence in the learning community, and not using the service for activities contrary to the law or good faith.
9. Risk Warning
Trading and investing in financial markets involve a significant level of risk and may result in partial or total loss of invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before making any financial transaction, consult with a licensed professional financial advisor. Caltriorentix S.A. is not responsible for the investment decisions that users make based on knowledge acquired in our programs.
10. Limitation of Liability
Caltriorentix S.A. does not guarantee specific financial results derived from the training received. The liability of Caltriorentix S.A. is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the contracted service. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.
12. Modifications
Caltriorentix S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be notified through the website and by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
